Mission of Family Liaison:

Monitor and mentor students in all schools

Meet with students referred by Principals or Guidance Counselors on a weekly basis
- Counsel students regarding appropriate behavior, academic concerns and other needs

Conduct home visits as needed, assist parents in student success
Schedule for each school:

Monday - Primary School

Tuesday - High School

Wednesday - Middle School

Thursday - Intermediate School

Friday - Home visits and follow-ups
